Trial lectures on Monday, 28 April 2025, 9:30, B23

As part of the appointment procedure „Safety Management and Ship Operations“ (SL16)an applicant will give a lecture next Monday in lecture hall B23.

Procedure: The applicant will give a 45-minute trial lecture in German and, after a short break, a 15-minute lecture in English.

Topic of the trial lecture: "Safety and risk in maritime ship operation: a manageable compromise? / Sicherheit und Risiko im Schiffsbetrieb - ein lösbarer Kompromiss?“

 

From 9:30 a.m.: Dr. Barbara Woltron, Topic of the lecture: A Sociological Discourse on the Micro-Macro Model in the Context of Maritime Interdependencies

 

After the lecture, there will be a short evaluation among the students, the results of which will be incorporated directly into the interview between the applicant and the appointment committee.
